“Dear PoPville,
I just wanted to let you know that my ring was returned to me on Saturday! I posted signs on my street in Adams Morgan offering a reward if found, and my incredibly kind and honest neighbor called me to say he had found it! In lieu of a reward, his only request was that we make a small donation to the Washington Humane Society. I was so touched by his kindness and this is truly a Christmas miracle for my fiancé and I as the ring is a family heirloom and could never be replaced. I’m so blown away by how kind and supportive people were towards me during my frantic search. Several people replied to the posting wishing me luck and sending prayers and advice. Thanks again!”
