Daylight Saving Time will end at 2 a.m. Sunday, November 2. At that time, clocks will “fall back” to 1 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time). Metrorail will remain open until its normal closing time of 3 a.m. “new time” (Eastern Standard Time).
