Too much for that distance from the metro.

Nope, overpriced. Bedrooms are tiny, and location’s not good enough to make up for that.

    Way overpriced! No Way.

I’ve always loved these little townhomes whenever I walk by. I’m not sure why, but I think they’re really cute, at least from the outside. That being said – My rent is $500 less than that for 4 bedrooms about 4 blocks closer to the metro. No dice.

What you’re paying is really low for the area but this spot is certainly overpriced.

It’s maybe a little low, but I know a lot of people that are paying under 1,000 for a room in Columbia Heights. Granted my house isn’t newly remodeled or anything but it gets the job done. I sure as hell would pay almost 1200 for a room on Sherman.

          *would NOT pay

It’s nice looking inside but looks pretty vinyl sidingy outside. Agree with the other three above that this is way overpriced. Probably a 15 minute walk to the metro I’d say. Renting is out of control in DC.

I bought across the street. Always wondered what those houses looked like on the inside. Seems pricey.

    PUKE!

    Are you kidding me? Yuck.

I nearly rented the place next door (same layout) for $2400/mo last fall. We knew at that price it was a crazy steal (wasn’t quite as updated as this one). But this place at this price = not a chance.
