From the Ledroit Park listserv:

“Dear Neighbors,

As you may have heard, changes will be coming soon to the space located at 501 Florida Ave., NW. We recently signed a lease for the space and in a few months we hope to open The Royal, a new neighborhood tavern.

We believe in the importance of establishing a positive relationship with our community/neighbors and are having an open house to meet the members of the community and to answer any questions you may have about The Royal. We invite you to stop by on Sunday, January 26 between 2pm and 4pm. Feel free to contact us (Paul Carlson, paul(at)vinotecadc.com) if you are unable to make it and have questions or concerns, or if you want to provide comments of support.

We look forward to being part of the LeDroit Park neighborhood!
– The Team at The Royal”
