“Dear PoPville,

I know you’ve covered the slow progress of development in the past, but it looks like the developers may finally be ready to move forward. I received the attached letter from the BZA showing that the owners are seeking a variance for the property to allow a residential building with ground-floor retail.”

So if I rent one if the apts or visit one of the shops on church land do I get to double park on Sundays?

Naturally! It’s enshrined in DC law(lessness).

Hum, a variance request. Sounds time consuming. I was hoping this project was breaking ground soon.

and the church/daycare across the corner only shovels/salts the part of the sidewalk leading up to their door and completely ignore the rest of the sidewalk. (christian terbanacle)
