    Alaska and Hawaii get the shaft way more frequently than does DC.

    What annoys me is when I place an order online and District of Columbia is not in the drop down list next to Delaware, instead I have to scroll down and select Washington, DC for my state when I’ve already entered my city so it says Washington twice.
