“Boqueria DC is saying farewell to summer and ringing in fall with a brand new lunch menu. The debut menu will feature Boqueria’s classic tapas dishes, such as Pan con Tomate, Gambas al Ajillo and Croquetas Cremosas, as well as a new selection of Ensaladas, Bocatas (sandwiches), and Bikinis (pressed sandwiches).
Seasonal salads include highlights such as Berza y Zanahorias, kale, cumin, roasted carrots, pomegranate, sunflower seeds with labne yogurt dressing and Hinojo y Citricos, shaved fennel, citrus, avocado, pine nuts and sherry vinaigrette; while the new Bocatas and Bikini sections of the menu feature mouthwatering options like Atun con Mojo Canario, seared tuna, avocado, jalapeño, mojo verde on a brioche bun; Albondigas con Queso, lamb meatballs, sheep’s milk cheese, fresh tomato sauce, cucumber and basil on a toasted baguette; and Jamon Serrano y Trufa, Serrano ham and truffled fresh cow’s milk cheese, pressed and grilled on pullman bread.”
