“On August 16, 2013, at approximately 12:30 P.M., a citizen was robbed at gunpoint in the 800 block of T Street, NW. The suspect demanded the victim’s property, and the victim gave him his money. The suspect fled after obtaining cash from the victim.
Third District police officers were in the area when they were approached by the victim moments later. The officers canvassed the neighborhood and located a suspect. Pursuant to an on-scene investigation, the suspect was arrested and charged with Robbery Hold-up Gun. The suspect’s jacket and a silver replica (BB gun)handgun were recovered from the scene.
