Duke’s and Dunya Painted in Dupont and Shaw

Speaking of painting brick – two ‘coming soon’ spots have recently been painted. First the former Cafe Green space (above) which is set to become an “East London Style Cafe” called Duke’s Grocery has been painted blue:

801 Florida Avenue, NW

And the new Mediterranean restaurant, Dunya, coming to 8th and Florida (just east of 9th and U St, NW) has been painted brown. And you the roof deck is looking seriously sweet. Here’s what it looked like before:
