From a press release:

Music on the Hill is excited to announce that we are opening our doors to the Capitol Hill Community on July 13, 2013!

We are a brand new, family owned music store located at 1453 Pennsylvania Ave SE, 2nd floor. We are bringing music to the neighborhood, offering a place for Capitol Hill families to come explore and broaden their musical abilities, without having to travel far and wide! Music on the Hill is offering private lessons on piano, percussion, guitar, ukulele, and woodwinds, as well as group classes for all ages in ukulele and guitar. We also offer Mommy and Me music classes for infants and toddlers. All of our teachers are highly trained, qualified, and talented musicians.

On top of being your one stop lesson shop, we also provide guitar repair and have a retail shop to support our musicians. We carry everything from strings and reeds, to sheet music and lesson books.

Music on the Hill will be open Monday through Saturday all year round. For info on our hours of operation, visit us online at www.musiconthehilldc.com. We are now accepting registrations for group classes and private lessons beginning July 13th. Sign up today to take advantage of great early registration discounts, offered now through July 13th!”

Ed. Note: We noted the transformation of World Wine and Spirits back in January.

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
