This mural was painted to deter graffiti taggers who would regularly vandalize this spot on 15th Street, NW. I’m so psyched to see that after many months – the cool mural remains. (Knock wood, knock wood.) Though this project is not affiliated, it makes me appreciate the Murals DC program that much more.
