This evening [Tuesday] at approximately 8:20 pm a man was robbed at knifepoint while in the hallway of an apartment building in the 3500 block of 13th Street NW. The two suspects took the man’s wallet and cell phone. They then left the building and fled on foot in different directions. The police were called and a look-out for the suspects was broadcast. Officers on patrol spotted one of the suspects and stopped him. The victim was able to positively identify him and the suspect was arrested.
The other suspect has not been caught as of yet. He is described as a black male, approximately 20 years old, medium build, medium complexion, 5’7 to 5’9 in height, wearing a black jacket, black pants, and a black knit hat
