Panas opened up at 2029 P Street, NW back in June ’10. We judged them back in Aug. 2011.
The liquor license application also says:
“Panas also wishes to enhance its patron’s dining experience by providing live acoustic guitar music on occasion at the restaurant. Total number of seats is 13, with a total of 8 summer garden seats.”
