Long time PoP readers will know that this house has been feature a few times (as house of the day) and back in June ’09 was also a Weekly Wed. house porn post. It’s one of my favorite modern houses in DC. In June ’09 it was going for $2,395,000. For those in the market this 2 bed/3 bath is now on the market for $1,895,000. Only another $1,595,000 drop and it’s mine!!!
But for newer readers who haven’t seen this house yet – what do you think – inside and out?
