The flier says:

“* * * THIS IS IT * * * SPACIOUS TOWNHOUSE WITH PARKING! GRACIOUS FLOOR PLAN WITH SEPARATE DINING AND LIVING ROOMS. HUGE OPEN KITCHEN. CLOSE TO METRO, HOWARD U, SHOPPING AND DINING! BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED – SAVED THE CHARM, ADDED MODERN CONVENIENCES. BEAUTIFUL BATHROOMS. PLENTY OF SPACE! THIS HOUSE IS READY FOR YOU TO MOVE RIGHT IN!”

You can find more info here and a few photos here.

Personally I like the location. It doesn’t look like it has a basement and I’m curious why there were no photos of the bedroom or kitchen. This 3 bed/2.5 bath is going for $669,900. Does that seem like a reasonable price? What do you think it’ll actually go for? What should the reader who requested the GDoN bid on it?
