Does $1,050,000 sound right?

    Beautiful house!

If it went down about $150k I’d seriously consider it!

This one is hard to call. The location is outstanding, and a house of this size does command the $1 million+ price for the area.

Couple of downsides…the exposed brick and the kitchen make the renovation look a little dated, which can be a turn off. Also, having to walk up a flight of stairs to the owner’s unit might be an issue.

Really would depend on the amount of rent the first floor unit brings in and the condition of the bathrooms in the owner’s unit.

This is also a tough time of year to put a house on the market. Can you wait till spring?

I wonder if you need/want to sell fast and dropped the price to $999k if you could get multiple offers with no contigencies. Having the rental income is a BIG plus on your side.

    • That looks to be some pretty serious water damage on the ceiling of the bedroom.

Based upon location and the fact it has parking (not all houses on this block have parking) I’d say that p[rice is about right although 999,999 might draw in a few more people.

In what way is exposed Brick “dated”?
