Morrison Clark is located at 1015 L St, NW. I knew it was an historic inn but didn’t realize it was a proper restaurant as well. Their Web site says:

Select from a wine list recognized with The Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” for five years running. And on Sundays, escape to our hotel’s lovely outdoor courtyard for brunch — the perfect start to a breezy day of rest and relaxation.”
