Big scuttlebutt this week for Mt. Vernon Square residents. I’m hearing that the leasing/sales office next to the hardware store on 5th St, NW just north of K is going to be rented out soon. I hear the two big contenders are a wine bar or a Chipotle. Perhaps there are other contenders but those are the 2 main ones that I’ve heard. So City Vista and Mt. Vernon square folks, which would you rather have – a wine bar or a Chipotle?
