I’ve always wanted to see what that circular room looks like from the inside. No doubt these are some fresh digs but do you think this 2 bed/2 bath will go for $875,000?

Knock of 75k from asking and settle for 50 below that.

  • overpriced

overpriced – get a redone full house + basement rental for that price in many other parts of that city

Many other parts of that city?
      Duh?!?!?!

Great location, and it’s a very nice space, but I wouldn’t say it’s “stunning,” or quite worth the price. Looks like the “Nearby Similar Sales” on the listing page are going for much less for similarly sized units.

  • haha looks like the round room is for the dog. pretty decent!

  • I loathe the way they divided the kitchen and dining area. The dividing wall is too tall to have it feel like a continuous space, and too short to make it a separate room. There should just be no divider at all.

I can’t get any sense of the layout from the photos and for that amount of money they should have included some pictures of the bathrooms instead of endless shots of the surrounding area.

I’m going to jump in with the prevailing sentiment here — I dig these digs, but 875k seems awfully steep. I don’t think even the DuPont Circle premium is that high. Maybe a blow-my-hair-back design or bells & whistles roofdeck would change my opinion, but this is just a nice condo in a great location. I’d think somewhere in the 700s is more realistic.

I went to an open house here the last time it sold (2008); interesting but the kitchen and dining area are raised up on a sort of dais. The kitchen feels cut off from the living and dining rooms, yet it’s open to those spaces… odd.
