  • Rent seems fair, and I have lived in that building “back in the day” and LOVED it!
The roof pool is great. It’s also convenient to many things while being in a hood that is rather residential. You don’t get the honky-tonk of roistering bar and restaurant goers, etc. Pretty quiet.

  • Are you kidding me with that kitchen? I know Foggy Bottom is super bougie these days but $1,525 a month for a kitchen that folds into a closet is outrageous. And the whole apartment is only 425 sq ft. Pass.

    • Is FB bougie? I always associate it with college kids and cheaper-than-dupont rents.

      • … kids at one of the most expensive colleges in the country.

      • Definitely not cheaper than dupont. Some of the highest rents in the District. Always blew my mind, although I suppose the rich GW kids are one cause (along with its proximity to the World Bank/IMF and diplomatic spots).
