From WMATA:

“Reconstruction of the Metrorail system will continue over the weekend of January 2-4, 2015 with service adjustments on three of six rail lines beginning at 10 p.m. Friday and continuing through system closing on Sunday.

This weekend, Red, Yellow and Green line trains will operate on a normal schedule. Orange, Silver and Blue line trains will operate every 24 minutes.

Regular weekend service

Orange Line
Trains every 24 minutes

Orange Line trains will operate every 24 minutes throughout the weekend.

Work Performed: Emergency call box rehabilitation, joint elimination, and rail & fastener renewal between Eastern Market and Stadium-Armory.

Silver Line
Trains every 24 minutes

Silver Line trains will operate every 24 minutes throughout the weekend.

Work Performed: Emergency call box rehabilitation, joint elimination, and rail & fastener renewal between Eastern Market and Stadium-Armory.

Blue Line
Trains every 24 minutes

Blue Line trains will operate every 24 minutes throughout the weekend.

Yellow Line
Regular weekend service (Huntington-Fort Totten)
