I personally find it hard to accept 3BR/1BA. If people are on similar schedules at all that could quickly become a nightmare in the morning.
I rent my house in Petworth and it is a 4 bedroom 2 bath with finished basement for only 100 dollars more. But, I am jealous of this house. I dont have a fireplace!!!
