$800 looks like a pretty good deal, I’ve seen rooms in shared houses in crappier parts of SW going for more than $800/room. I also used to live in the 100 block of G SW and its not a bad place to live if the price is right.

Seems like a good deal, even with only two people. Most (if not all) of these houses have outdoor patio space, as well, but it’s not mentioned in the ad. Also, there’s another one on craigslist that looks to be a bit bigger priced at $3200.
