Great paint colors!
This is exciting! Bring on the fried pickles and other goodness!
Went there with my three year old yesterday (thanks to POP for mentioning the 50% off)....
Everyones a foodie.
Yeah, I've been making that walk for the past ten years, and I always walk on the north...
This was fun to look at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIIEGvJzQFg&noredirect=1
FYI this looks like 1 house but it’s a twin that was designed to look like one home. They share a single front door but there are two doors behind it.
I really hope that a group of 10 dudes just out of college figures out a way to make this floor plan work. As you say, it would be so epic.
Huh, I’m pretty let down by the photos. I know there are a lot of trolls and cliches on here about big box renovations, but this isn’t much better. All of the finishes are uninspired and formulaic. It’s like someone went to HD Expo in 2007 and selected materials from the rightmost column of the Good-Better-Best display. Yes, on paper, everything there adds up to a “high-end” place. In reality, it lacks character, interest, and imagination.
Man, this post sounds uninspired and formulaic, but it really is what I think of this place. I’d say the place is worth $6000/mo tops. $1200/pp is the most anyone should have to pay for a group house with a single kitchen.
In this neighborhood, I seriously doubt that “group house” is what this is being marketed as…
option for whom?
