First one would be funny, but we all know (well most of us) that they don’t go by WASA any longer, it’s DCWater.
I’ve looked out of curtsoiiy when it has been mentioned in a FYI Newsletter. I rarely see more than 3 items listed. I don’t watch it every day so I don’t know usage statistics but my impression is that very few items get listed. The items currently listed 2 or more months old. I know that the hospital had a classified that was popular. This may be due to a closer knit community. For lower campus, craigslist and KSL classifieds seem to be more popular.
