how the city hasn’t taken this property back from a lying and unable developer is beyond me.
Can someone say “class action suit”?
Smoke and mirrors exactly – I’m not even sure these are actual permits, can anyone verify this?
Did like the owner put these drawings up himself to keep the community he swindled this property from off his back?
Unbelievable. Legal action is well overdue at this point I think.
And at THAT price point I would never eat (or drink or dance or have a community meeting or cuddle, etc.) there anyway!
