I would say more like $1350/$1400. Its a bit far north. It could easily get $1550 if it was fixed up more.
at 2000 that would be a good deal, at 1550 it is friggin awesome. bloomingdale is not what it used to be
It’s cheaper than my place (which is basically the same thing), so probably a pretty good deal.
