  • Sounds lovely, but who can afford this?

Agreed. $3750 for less than 1000 square feet is a wee bit steep, even in FB.

  • Is the piano included?!

It is just the perfect instrument for any small townhouse.

  • GW students who don’t mind squeezing two to a bedroom, that’s who can afford it. With four people, this is cheaper per person than the GW dorms.

I lived in a similar townhouse (a three-bedroom, but in reality one large bedroom and one small bedroom on the second floor, plus a converted den on the first floor) on this block when I went to GW in the late 1990s. These places are tiny, though I guess this one has a basement.

  • I rented 902 25th St. back in 1993-94 – a two bedroom one bath, and I think it was $1250 per month, so with inflation…

    • Hey, I rented 902 25th from 1995-96! Same house I was talking about above. Small world.

      • Wow – cool! I just had one roommate so we were able to use the den as a living space. I loved the back patio – it was great for growing annuals as it was basically like a brick oven back there in the summer.

  • Nice piano, nice front door, nice stove top, nice refrigerator, nice stair rail, nice cabinet. What the hell does the actual house look like? How are people this stupid still employed at anything?
