Since you asked, I would like to request no wall-to-wall carpeting. Second, I would ask for it to not be directly on Barney Circle. Finally, I would ask that you limit your use of exclamation points.
Can anyone explain the difference between an efficiency and a studio? Is there one?
Looks like a good catch for the price, now if there was only one like this in NW DC… I’ve been having major problems trying to find a spot for 6 months while my house is getting redone.
One block to the Metro? Do they think we can’t read the map and see that’s not actually accurate? This one’s not all that far off, but I always have to wonder what else is being glossed over.
