Back in Oct. 2010 we looked at a studio in this building going for $1300.
This studio is going for $1,475/Mo.
I really hate it when they don’t put up any photos of the actual apartment.
If you click through to the realty company, they have more pictures. Looks to be a fair size for the price and location.
I live in a studio in this building and pay $1225 and I wouldn’t pay too much more for it. Depending on what side of the building this apartment is on, they may be able to see the Uptown theater sign, though!
