Awesome. A reader writes:
Elizabeth Maloy, Columbia Heights resident and Georgetown grad, will be running in the final of Women’s 5000m on Thursday night, after winning her heat (out kicking current American Record holder Molly Huddle) on Monday night. She’s been a resident of Columbia Heights since graduating from Georgetown and does most of her training in Rock Creek Park! The Womens 5000m goes off at 10:15 pm EST on NBCSN. Emily Infeld, recent Georgetown grad, will also be in the final.
Good luck Elizabeth and Emily!
