Back in Sept. 2011 we learned that the building where the proposed New Orleans themed restaurant at 1118 H St, NE had come up for rent again. Word on the street is that the landlords were asking $3800 per month. Anyway, looks like they found a new tenant – Kith & Kin. A recent liquor license application says it will be a:
“New gourmet Pizza Restaurant with 30 seats. Total Occupancy Load of 49. Will have recorded music.”

OMG! So glad we are finally getting a pizza restaurant in DC!!!
now we just need a burger joint and maybe a kabab house.
DC may have plenty of pizza places, but H St does not. Liberty Tree is the only really good pizza on H St, New Citi is OK and Marvelous simply isn’t. This is a welcome addition! Now if we could just get a Julia’s…
and they will have “recorded music” too!
Another day, another development on H Street.
