Wow, this one went under contract in only 3 days. It was listed for $799,000 – think it was bid higher?

One of my favorite blocks in DC:

I would bet there was some seriously strong bidding on that place. It’s got character and the neighborhood has some high prices per square foot.

  • That house get’s far more light than I have suspected all of these years. Cool to finally see the inside of one on this row

  • That neighborhood and price I am sure there was some bidding. Seems like a great deal, albeit a little on the small side. I think the outdoor living space makes up for that, and off street parking.

  • I love those little hobbit houses.

  • Love the look of that block but it does have some serious flooding problems. I’ve seen an underground river that flows under the security storage building (which previously had some flooding problems of its own) and these houses.

  • I want the house to the right with the bay window, but I think this one is a good deal. Except I forgot about the flooding there. That’s probably when the renovation was done.
