Coolest Pet in PoPville Finalists Face Off for Ultimate Crown
Congrats to Franklin who pulled out a victory over Haywire last week in the Cat Semifinalist round. Franklin will now face off against the other finalists Goblin and Rocky. Voting will be open until Midnight Thurs. and I’ll announce the winner Friday afternoon. The winner will be crowned ‘Coolest Pet in PoPville 2010′ and will be placed on a t-shirt. Good luck to all the finalists!

Goblin is pure wolf disguised as a French Bulldog. He can transform his 30 lbs of muscle and slobber into a snarling undomesticated wolf-bodied killer at any time but prefers to laze about in his smushface form so that his prey never sees him coming.

My vote hinges on this: does the cat let you touch his belly? My cat lays like that and gets vicious whenever you try to touch him. It’s such a tease. I’d vote for any cat that could get down with belly rubs, that’s all I’m saying…

I personally know Goblin and I would like to say that I told him, “Hey Goblin, Gobbers, my dear Gobbie bear, I really like Rocky. I love turtles and Rocky would look great on a shirt. I have always had dogs as pets but never a turtle. I really love turtles Goblin. This vote is hard for me.” At that moment Gobbers gave me a head tilt and proceeded to snort his way right up to my nose and gave me a couple delicate licks. I think he was saying “no *snort* hard *snort* feelings. I love *snort* you anyway.”
And that is why I voted for Goblin.
