House of the Day

This is from downtown DC in Penn Quarter. It reminds a bit of NYC when you have a house like this between two tall buildings.

Now thats very cool. Looks like what happends when people don’t sell to developers.

  • Not bad, considering the parallels with New York, some would call it the Big Apple, there I have seen some nice surprises between the tall buildings, only taller than here, like an old house, a church, green space, or a diner, I ate in them during my visit there.

  • Nice to see you snapping so many photos around my neighborhood lately PoP!

I wouldn’t call it Penn Quarter though…at least until you get further south past Mass Ave and NY Ave. This neighborhood is known as “Blagden Alley”, sandwiched between Logan to the West and Shaw to the East.
