Holy cow, a free recorded message? Have you ever heard of a better incentive? I’ve read some stories about this tough housing market and folks sweetening the deal with free cars, HDTVs even boats. But damn, a free recorded message…what’s this market coming to? Next they’ll be offering free fliers…
I hope someone was able to use them but it just seems like an odd thing to leave out. Do you think it was left out for someone who was shoeless or was it left for someone who would walk past it, stop and say damn those are some sweet kicks?
Now you have another option for reading material on the metro! I just noticed this today but the premier issue is dated May 5th. Bit o’ Lit “provides a selection of top fiction and non-fiction excerpts each issue, allowing you to sample and evaluate books on your own terms.” Ok, but I’m not sure on who’s terms I was evaluating books before…
I tried to take it but I could only carry it for 3 blocks on my shoulders before I got tired. Then of course I had to carry it back 3 blocks to its original home. My dream for a new dryer (and washer) will have to wait. Ed. note: yes I am just kidding about carrying it for 3 blocks, I was only able to carry it for 2 blocks.
