“Pinstripes Holdings, Inc. has taken an important step to secure our future by voluntarily filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and closing some locations, with the support of our lenders.
We will keep operating as usual – welcoming guests, hosting events, and supporting our remaining team members.
We know the past week has been difficult, and we thank you for your patience and support as we move through this transition. While some of our locations have closed, many remain open and continue to welcome you as always.
