“America: The Game,” produced by Jason Bowers of JAB ARTS and Brandon Hill of ALL DAY PROJECTS and presented by Union Station, is a pop-up gallery exhibition celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary. The exhibition is developed in collaboration with curatorial partners including Domo Wells, Founder and Designer of Dead Dirt; The Bishop Gallery; and artist and curator Daniel “Halopigg” Weintraub.
The exhibition brings together more than 30 artists exploring how competition and play have shaped American culture, identity and the drive to innovate and succeed. Featuring interpretations of legendary matchups, championship dynasties, politics, fashion and the language of the game, “America: The Game” examines the ways rivalry and competition have influenced American life.
Guests can attend the opening reception on Thursday, September 10, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The gallery will be open Wednesdays through Fridays from 11:00am to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm through October 10.
