We worked directly across from the FBI building downtown and at random times throughout the day, with no rhyme or reason, strobe lights start going off in certain rooms in the FBI building. We have always wondered what is going on in there. Without knowing the answer, our minds are running wild with theories! Is it some type of emergency light, do people have to work under those lights everyday, is there something more sinister going on?”
