Virginia Ave and 8th Street, SE
Thanks to Val for sending: “I’ve heard of mopeds and scooters on sidewalks and/or bike paths, but not pontoons! They had a hard time getting it onto the street without damaging the trees.”
Ed. Note: The fountain also went red this past December too. On Sunday the fountain was dry again and not running at all.
