“Dear PoPville,
On Wednesday, I was driving down Whitehurst Freeway in Georgetown (just south of 27th St). I’m very frustrated this happened! The strut and suspension in my car is broken. I hope the grate was fixed bc I imagine it’s very unsafe and hurting other people’s cars too!!!!”

The project will replace the current escalators with brand-new ones that are more durable and reliable. Construction will require Metro’s contractor, Kone, to close the entrance to remove all three escalators at once and install a new support beam.

“Dear PoPville,
What is the legal move here at this intersection of 6th and Constitution NW? I read it as you cannot turn unless the arrow is green. What that causes is cars to honk as not many people are used to not turning when there is no red signal. Should DC make this sign more clear?”
