“Saturday at 1 pm in Trinidad. Apparently some person was “trying to parallel park” and somehow ended up ramming into the houses. One porch column of two houses were destroyed. Nobody was injured, thankfully.

Never thought to see something like this on a quiet block.”


Thanks to Jenna for sending: “As seen at Hains Point this morning. Apparently it crashed around 2am, and drifted about 30 yds into the river before it full sunk. Not sure what happened to the occupant(s).”

DC Fire and EMS reported: “DCsBravest Fireboats assisted @usparkpolicepio & @DCPoliceDept Harbor Branch in removing a vehicle that went into the Washington Channel overnight. The single occupant, an adult male, was rescued at the time of the incident and uninjured.” (more…)

Update from DC Fire and EMS: “Crash with vehicle overturned 18th St & Wyoming Ave N. Vehicle on its roof. #DCsBravest have 1 occupant self extricated being assessed by EMS for possible minor injuries.”
