Heads Up: NCR Flyover: “War Memorial Arlington” Coming Tonight (Saturday)

Ed. Note: This is the first time I’ve seen one over “War Memorial Arlington”. Does “War Memorial Arlington” refer to the US Marine Corps War Memorial? The Air Force Memorial? Or is that how they are referencing Arlington National Cemetery (most common sight of flyovers) now?

From Alert DC:

“The U.S. Military will conduct an aircraft flyover in the National Capital Region (NCR) over the War Memorial in Arlington, Virginia on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 6:35PM.”

You can see Arlington National Cemetery’s Daily Funeral Schedule here. Their page currently says:

“Due to the lapse in appropriations, Arlington House — including its gift shop and restrooms — and the Air Force Memorial are closed. ANC remains open.”

Heads Up: “Flyover (NORAD Falcon Virgo Exercises) two consecutive two-hour periods on July 1 and July 2, between midnight and 2AM, and then again between 3:30AM and 5:30AM.”
