So this week we got South Africa, the Poconos, Norway, Mexico and New Zealand. Awesome!

“Dear PoP,
The POP tshirt photo you posted today reminded me to send you these photos of me rocking my PoP shirt at the Chichen Itza Myan Ruins in Mexico (a few hours inland from Cancun).”

“Dear PoP,
Behold – the PoP t-shirt made it to the top of a mountain overlooking a fjord in Bergen, Norway! Check another country off the list for PoP sightings…”

“Dear PoP,
My family went camping in the Poconos over the 4th of July — the fireworks scare our dog (and me!) so we try to be out of town for the occasion.
Anyway, here is a picture of my daughter and me in one of the drops of Hawks Falls in Hickory Run State Park. If found out about it through a web site called www.swimmingholes.info, which I am certain constitutes a rural contribution to the Beautiful Life.”
The Beautiful Life indeed!

“Dear PoP,
These photos were taken in Juneau, Alaska, in the Tongass National Forest, home to the Mendenhall Glacier! After taking some field samples of sitka spruce trees (Alaska’s state tree), we visited the glacier before heading out on a research vessel for whale watching and water sampling. Total geeked-out adventure :-) I also went to Skagway Alaska, Victoria British Columbia and Seattle on this trip. I was incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to go and I hope everyone is able to visit Alaska in their lifetimes!”

Thanks to Vaughn for sending this great shot with the terra cotta warriors in Xi’an, China.
For those that recognize the name Vaughn, it is indeed the same Vaughn of Vaughn and Amelia Boundary Stone Journey fame.

“Dear PoP,
I went to Turkey a week ago with 9 friends to celebrate a friends 30th birthday. We only made it to Istanbul, but it was AMAZING! Istanbul now ranks as my favorite city in the world. Here are a few Pop t-shirts travel the worlds pics, the first is in Sultanahmet, the old part of Istanbul (the European side), in front of the Blue Mosque. The second picture is from the Asia side of Istanbul. I think its the highest point in Istanbul and I’m overlooking the Bosphorus to the European side.”
