“I just got back from two weeks in Brazil. Of course I brought my PoP shirt and did the obligatory photo at the Cristo Redentor statue in Rio. But the main purpose of my trip was the Oficina da Capoeira 15th anniversary batizado in Belo Horizonte. You can see people playing capoeira in the background of the second pic.
If anyone is interested in capoeira, we practice three times a week at Stroga in Adams Morgan. Mondays and Wednesdays 8-9:30pm and Saturdays 1-2:30. All are welcome!”
