Halloween comes early in Capitol Hill. I can’t imagine how many people this has freaked out over the years…

We’ve looked at these sculptures on Connecticut Ave in Woodley Park before but I just gotta give the apartment owners props for their dedication in replacing the broken off ears. This the first time I’ve seen both intact in a long time.
It’s been a long time since I’ve spotted a knight. And this one might be the best one I’ve ever seen. It’s from Capitol Hill/Hill East.

I think we once looked at this one from Logan Circle before but it gets me every time I pass it. Ah, I can’t even look at a picture of it without laughing.
