This one is really interesting for lots of reasons. It’s curious that there’s brownstone on the first floor, I dig the sweet bay window, and there’s some cool borders up top.

This is one of the biggest bungalow style houses I’ve ever seen in DC.

I’ve always thought this house was a bit interesting as it sits back from the curb behind a low brick wall. There is a plaque that says it is the O House. Oddly, it’s located on P Street…

An incredible corner rowhome but it’s really all about the third floor wrap around balcony:

While the house itself is pretty fresh what caught my eye was up top. Dang, I love weather vanes….

I once showed this potential beauty from Mt. Pleasant back, back, back in the day. If memory serves I think it was for sale. I was a bit sad to see it was still in a state of disrepair. Anyone know the scoop on this house located at the corner of 18th and Monroe?

This cool stand alone in Adams Morgan has a bit of a New Orleans flavor to me.

This is an example of a nice mini rowhouse but I especially liked the fact that it has a sweet wooded side yard.

I thought that bay window was pretty unusual. But I totally dig it.
