This is a pretty cool looking house in Mt. Pleasant. It’s actually two homes and a bit unusual because the rest of the block is more traditional row houses.

While I loved the snow, it was definitely the most exhausting walkabout I’ve ever had. I felt like I climbed a mountain by the time I got home. Anyway, all that’s to say, while I got tons of snow related photos some of my more traditional posts like House of the Day and Door of the Day we’re a bit harder to find this week. But I’ve got a good replacement for Door of the Day this week (see above). And the this house in Columbia Heights is one of my all time favorites…

I was originally gonna make this a GDoN but there were no pictures of the inside. It is pretty sweet though. I dig the brick work up top. For the curious it’s going for $699,900 at 939 R Street, NW.

This beauty is from the Logan Circle area. In addition to the cool part that juts out in front it’s got some sweet windows. It must be impossible to replace these…

Another beauty from Lamont Street in Mt. Pleasant.

This one from Mt. Pleasant has some beautiful brickwork and details.

Here’s a nice looking row house from the Capitol Hill area. It’s got some sweet details:

I have to be honest with you all – I’ve been drinking and can’t for the life of me remember where I took this photo. I think we can agree that it is pretty fresh though…

This whole street in the Logan Circle neighborhood is amazing. I wanna say Corcoran? I’ve featured some others from this block before. This one is particularly awesome.

This sweet house is from LeDroit Park. I particularly liked the porch support beams:
