Fun to imagine that the whole block (in Shaw) was probably dotted with homes like this back in the day.
I can’t wait until this awesome Georgetown house goes for sale so we can look inside these awesome rooms:
This Asian style house from Georgetown is one my favorites. I’ve seen about 4-5 times then I forget where it is and stumble upon it a few months later and am blown away every time.
And the light made the front door sculptures look even cooler than they usually do:

This one is from T Street, NW just east of 14th Street. So why do you think we don’t often see amazing windows like this anymore – it would just be way too expensive these days?
My fellow fans of Biltmore St, NW by Adams Morgan will recognize this beauty. There are a few in this style on the block but this one always jumps out at me.
