I always enjoy finding row houses with one lone window on the side. From the size I’m wondering if it may have been a window a/c unit at one point and then was replaced with this window?


A nice “pop up” from Capitol Hill. Think it’s a newer pop up or original to the house? Either way, looks awesome:


I think we may have looked at this house for a “judging pop ups” post and I don’t know if I’ve just gotten used to it but I’m really starting to like this one. It def. helps that the pop up is recessed. I kinda even like the formstone…


I think this is a really nice new(ish) construction in Cleveland Park. Looks like all they have left to do is put up some shutters:


This is one of the main reasons I love Cleveland Park. I’ve probably passed this house over 100 times and it still makes stop to marvel at it.
